Please allow 3-5 business days for all item(s) to be shipped. Personalized/custom item(s), please allow 7-14 business days to be shipped. I am a solo rider at MidWest Charm and I try to do my absolute best at getting orders done and sent out in a timely manner.

RETURN POLICY
If item(s) need to be returned, we must be contacted with 48 hours of the delivery date. Item(s) must arrive back to our warehouse no later than 14 days from the delivery date. Please allow 3-5 business days in transit time.
**ALL personalized are FINAL SALE! These item(s) CANNOT be returned or exchanged. **
All item(s) must have original tags and must be un original condition. This includes, but not limited to the following: deodorant stains, makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc.
Item(s) meeting the above criteria will be issued a store credit.
Sale items cannot be returned. All sales are final on clearance.
Jewelry is final sale.
Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled. We base our order quantity on the amount of pre-orders placed. Please read the description on pre-order items to find the shipment date before placing your order. Please do not purchase express shipping on pre-order items unless you do so with the understanding that the item cannot ship out until the date given in the item description.
NOTE: Some leathers, cowhides and fabrics/patterns may vary. Please keep this in mind when placing an order, as we are not responsible for color/pattern variation.
